Some things never change. Friday is one of the most popular days for key exchanges and ergo, flitting. However, banks, mortgage lenders and solicitors still don’t get it together and often the frustrated householder is left standing on the kerb, all packed up and ready to go but no keys for the new property.
They’ve booked the removal company in good faith, they’re super excited to move and then the panic sets in. That’s where we come to the rescue. We can’t move the banks etc but we can reassure a client that as soon as they get the green light, we’ll get them moved, often that same day. Maybe a little later than planned, but we’ll get them there.
And if the worst case actually happens, we’ll store their goods safely and securely till they get those elusive keys.
